Join our internal DevOps & Reliability team, focused on seamless platform operations, secure deployments, and advanced automation. As we scale and evolve, we’re seeking an experienced SecOps Engineer with a passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM) to maintain and optimize our IAM platform, implement leading security measures, and drive efficient user authentication and authorization processes.
SecOps Engineer at Arxus: what do you do?
IAM Platform Management
- Oversee a highly automated, cloud-based identity platform.
- Integrate new tools and applications into the IAM system.
- Manage the full lifecycle for the identity platforms.
- Eat OAuth, SAML, SCIM and OpenID Connect for breakfast.
Advanced SecOps Practices
- Enhance security across platforms, including code and container scanning.
- Implement and maintain vulnerability management processes and multi-layered security defences.
- Promote the concept of identity as the new security perimeter, blending people, processes, and technology for robust protection.
Vault Management
- Configure and maintain security vaults for secrets management, privileged access (PAM), and key management.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile, sprint-driven environment.
- Contribute to the adoption of cutting-edge tools and practices to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure.
What do you bring to the table?
- Passionate about automation, security, and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, with familiarity in ReBAC considered a plus
- Experience with security protocols and tools; Python skills are a big advantage.
- Analytical thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills and an eye for detail.
- Proficient in Dutch and English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and embrace new challenges.
