• As a customer, you can log-in to the ARXUS Portal and create a ticket in which you describe your case. This is the fasted and preferred option as you will have authenticated and identified yourself using our secured system.
   
• You can also send an e-mail to dpo @ arxus.eu or send a letter by post and direct it to Arxus NV, for attention of the DPO, Veldkant 35B B-2550 Kontich, Belgium.
