Business Analyst at Arxus: what do you do?
- Change management expertise, with the ability to overcome resistance and drive continuous improvement using PDCA principles.
- Proficient in lifecycle management of processes, process optimization techniques, project planning, and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of Process Modelling, BPMN 2.0, and establishing key KPIs to measure success.
- Certifications such as PMI-PBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM are a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: You view challenges as opportunities and are skilled at finding solutions where others see problems.
- Cultural Awareness: You respect and manage cultural differences, building strong relationships across departments to maintain an open and dynamic culture.
- Communication: Advanced spoken and written skills in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers.
What do you bring to the table?
- 5-10 years of experience in a B2B service environment, preferably within the tech industry.
- You have lived and breathed either Sales & Marketing, Delivery or Finance for many years yourself but moved on to a team lead role
- Deep understanding of process blueprinting, value chain integration, and process documentation.
- Extensive experience in an IT service environment with a broad product/service portfolio (Lead to Order, Order to Operations, Order to Cash).
- Proven track record in harmonizing, standardizing, and improving key business processes to facilitate a common Way of Working and drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recognized as a Thought Leader in your functional area, with strong leadership skills and a ‘can-do’ mentality.
