But with Cloud Voice, this is generally not the case. Because if you already have licenses for Microsoft 365, you only need to pay a small surplus to use the Cloud Voice features.

What is Arxus Cloud Voice?

Arxus Cloud Voice is one of our managed services, based on Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice. This service consists of two components: Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and our Arxus Teams Calling Plans. Together, they ensure that your trusted phone numbers and call channels are integrated into the Microsoft Teams environment. And that you can call all numbers on the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). We then essentially act as your new telecom provider. And all of that from the cloud. So, you no longer need physical installations, such as PBX systems or telephone lines.

With our Teams Voice Extended, we're taking it a step further. With it, you can, for example, add your mobile numbers to Teams, check your Cloud Voice applications in the Customer Portal, or even pull reports. A whole host of additional possibilities on top of the classic application.
