Your impact: this is what you'll do!

You're responsible for performing analytical tasks to identify and analyze problems. This includes monitoring resources such as memory and CPU, managing disk usage, and following up on heartbeat alerts.

In addition, you handle incoming cases and ensure that they are dealt with efficiently and within the predetermined timeframe.

You manage DNS records and create or modify them if necessary. In addition, you are responsible for generating SSL certificates for our clients, ensuring their systems remain secure and reliable.

As the person responsible for onboarding new colleagues, you guide them through their introduction and ensure that they can get to work quickly and efficiently.

Furthermore, you will carry out daily tasks such as following up on our monitoring to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.

You are also ready to provide consultancy on-site at clients and support them with technical issues.

In addition, you test new releases of our Arxus Portal and the ServiceNow environment to ensure quality and functionality.

Finally, you are the first point of contact for customers and you handle their inquiries, ensuring they can always count on smooth and professional service.

What have you got up your sleeve?

We expect you to have an associated degree in an IT field or some experience gained within an IT helpdesk. Additionally, it's important that Microsoft Azure is not unfamiliar territory for you.

You have a strong interest in IT and the ambition to grow within the field. Moreover, you possess excellent soft skills and are capable of dealing with clients in an empathetic manner.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking comes naturally to you, and you have a proactive attitude which enables you to collaborate efficiently with your colleagues.
