As a Finance Officer, you are the linchpin in our financial administration. You ensure accurate and timely invoicing and process our financial transactions. But your role extends beyond just crunching numbers: you actively contribute to the optimization and automation of financial processes, so that we can work more efficiently.
You analyze financial data and prepare reports that contribute to clear insights and better decision-making. With your knowledge of Excel and other financial tools, you know how to make complex data accessible and usable. In addition, you work closely with various departments to streamline financial processes and implement improvements.
Your accuracy and attention to detail ensure that our financial administration is perfect, down to the last detail. Deadlines do not intimidate you, and you always manage to maintain an overview in a dynamic work environment.
You have at least three years of experience in invoicing and possess a strong financial background. You're used to working independently and take responsibility for flawless administration.
Excel holds no secrets for you; you know exactly how to use formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features for financial analysis and reporting. In addition, you have an affinity with technology and an interest in tools such as Microsoft Copilot to further automate our processes.
You are meticulous, organized and never let a single deadline pass. Prioritizing and managing your time comes naturally to you. You have a proactive mindset and like to think beyond process improvements.
In short, you're flexible and hands-on: you approach tasks with enthusiasm, even if they fall outside your standard responsibilities. With your 'no task too small'-mentality, you contribute to an efficient and streamlined work environment.
