What are the deliverables?
- Developer Velocity Index Score: a score based on an industry standard developed by the well-known consulting firm McKinsey.
- Assessment Report: This report contains all our findings and recommendations based on the face-to-face conversations with the key people in your team.

For that price, one of our certified DevOps experts will do the kick-off call with you, visit your organisation for face-to-face interviews with five key persons and write his report based on those conversations.
That report is then critically reviewed and discussed by at least one other DevOps expert. We then present the results to you and provide you with the report and roadmap.
