Making our society completely sustainable? That requires a clear plan. At Arxus, we focus on 3 pillars.

A greener future for our planet

Climate change has enormous consequences: rising temperatures, extreme drought, and unpredictable flooding. It's high time to take action. Together with our climate partner, Go Forest, we ensure that we offset our CO2 emissions as much as possible. We do this by planting trees in vulnerable areas: from Peru to Madagascar. This way, we not only restore our precious forests, but we also support the well-being of the local community.

Our partnership with Microsoft also affects our climate impact. In a positive way, in fact. As one of the largest IT companies in the world, Microsoft makes tremendous efforts to create a greener society and to neutralize (and even restore) their impact on the climate.

To build and nurture that sustainable customer relationship, we have a whole team of Customer Success Managers at Arxus. They ensure that our customers not only exceed their business goals, but also make a difference within their sector. And through the Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, we also provide them with the right tools to gain insights into their organization's sustainability data (ESG).

Digital inclusion for customers and colleagues

Through specific partnerships, we support initiatives to provide everyone with access to the latest digital technologies. This means that we're committed to keeping our customers up to date with the latest digital innovations, so that no one feels left behind. Because when we implement a new technology, we make sure everyone knows about it. And can easily keep up with it.

Additionally, we're actively investing in our (future) colleagues as well: through training for soft and hard skills, the MiCronos Cloud Academy and Hack The Future we provide them with the necessary digital skills and give them the opportunity to further develop their talents.
